Rangmunch TV is back with the TRP Rating for the very first week 2nd to 8th January 2012. Lets see what the weekly report card suggests about our favourite shows on Television.

Hits of the Week:

Saath Nibhana Saathiya on Star Plus never fails to deliver and keep its fans happy which reflects on TRP charts week after week. The show continues to be the NUMERO UNO with a TRP rating of 5.97.

Suraj’s unconditional and selfless love for his wife and Family on Star Plus’s Diya aur Baati Hum continues to captivate the hearts of their audiences with a TRP rating of 5.59.

Balika Vadu on Colors is still going strong even after 3 long years with a TRP rating of 4.64. Anandi continues to inspire thousands of women in the real world who love watching her onscreen.

CID has taken a huge leap on the TRP chart. From last week’s 7th position, it has jumped to 4th position with a TRP rating of 4.63. Suspense and thriller is always a pleasure to watch.

Naitik and Akshara of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus continue to be in the Top 5 shows with a TRP rating of 4.06.

Crime Patrol with host Anup Soni of Sony Entertainment Television is back on the TRP chart this week securing 6th position with a TRP rating of 3.93. 

Even though Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai on Star Plus features on the TRP chart of this week, but it has dipped considerably. From a TRP rating of 4.08 last week, it has now scored a TRP of 3.60, and therefore lost its 4th position to CID.

Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon on Star Plus, has come down from last week’s 6th position to 8th position on the TRP chart with a TRP rating of 3.58. We hope the makers consider the viewers’ choice soon. 

Bade Acche Lagte Hai on Sony Entertainment Television has also dipped down by a position this week with a TRP rating of 3.49. We hope that with the new revelations, the story will pick up momentum from hereon.

Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya on Star Plus continues to be a part of the Top 10 shows on TRP chart with a rating of 3.20.

Misses of the Week:

Even though Ishaan and Suhana of Star Plus’s show Sasural Genda Phool have scored a rating of 3.01 on the TRP chart compared to last week’s 2.91, but failed to be a part of the Top 10 shows of this week.

Sasural Simar Ka on Zee TV, from last week’s TRP rating of 3.27 has dipped down to 2.91 and as a result does not feature among the Top 10 shows of this week.

Parvaarish Kuch Khatti Kuch Meethi on Sony Entertainment Television has seen a fall in the TRP rating. From last week’s 2.44, its scored a rating of 2.23 this week.

Kuch Toh Log Kahenge on Sony Entertainment Television inspite of having brilliant set of actors, is not being able to garner desirable TRP rating. From last week’s rating of 1.71 it has dipped down to 1.54 this week.

Zee TV’s reality show Dance India Dance Season 3 has made its entry in the TOP 10 shows on the TRP chart with a rating of 3.16. We hope the contestants and the judges continue to enthrall the audiences with their dance challenges.

Siddhi and Kunal’s unique love story, is slowly catching up with the viewers of Parichay on Colors with a TRP rating of 2.87.

Star Plus’s new and adventurous Reality show Survivor India has definitely managed to hook the audiences in the very first week with a TRP rating of 2.86. The TRPs are definitely going to rise as the contestants slowly reveal their wilder side on screen.

Dil Se Di Dua…Saubhagyavati Bhav on Life OK, continues to garner high TRPs with a rating of 2.06 this week. Let us see how soon this unconventional story of Viraj and Jhanvi features among the TOP 10 shows of the week.
