Monish who had been essaying the role of a Doctor on the show, that is an unconventional love story between Dr. Ashutosh and Dr. Nidhi who share a huge age gap will no longer be seen on the show.
The actor himself confirmed the same on his personal Page on Facebook where he left a message for his fans saying "Well, unfortunately obviously not the news we all wanted to read....Yes, I have made an exit from KTLK on account of temporary health reasons. KTLK has and always will be special to me as will Dr. Ashutosh and I request that you'll continue to support the show in future. Do remember, a show comprises of a team and is never the efforts of a single person. Hence I am quite certain KTLK will continue to be a 'show with a difference'.
I wanted to share this with you'll earlier, however, I felt it was Sony's prerogative to officially make the announcement and as the same has now been announced on tellychakkar as well as on twittter, I am also confirming the same.

We wish the actor a speedy recovery and hope to see him back in action soon. The fans of the show are surely going to miss the chemistry between Ashutosh and Nidhi. Now with Ashutosh's exit one wonders what shape the story will take. Will Nidhi move ahead with Rohan or will we have a replacement? Time will only tell.
Monish Behl was earlier seen in Sanjeevani and its sequel Dill Mill Gayye playing the role of Dr. Shashank. Fans were very excited when they learnt about his return to TV with Kuch to Log Kahenge.
