If you are a fan of Sanath Jayasuriya, then this week’s result episode of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa brought some sadness for you. Sanath bid good bye to the show after he was voted off, due to low scores and public votes.

Apart from Sanath, Sushil Kumar and Jayati Bhatia were in the bottom three. Both of them were relieved to have survived, but sad about Sanath’s departure. Sanath thanked everyone in the show for their support and gave the credit for his performance to his choreographer.

This week saw some amazing performances. The theme was Sun-Signs and all the contestants worked very hard to depict the Sun-Sign assigned to them. Gurmeet Chaudhary scored the best with his wild and scintillating performance, while Ravi Kishan surprised everyone with his amazing performance in a woman’s get up. Jayati Bhatia, Pratyusha Banerjee and Isha Sharvani also impressed the judges.

On the other hand, Bharati and Sushil Kumar left the judges a little disappointed. With the competition heating up, it will be very interesting to see who leaves the show next
