As he celebrates one more year of earned wisdom, Rangmunch brings forth a few glimpses of Kunal and birthday wishes from his counterparts.
Dushyant Uday Wagh (Guru): “The first time I saw this dude was on 16th Dec’ 2011. We had 'pooja' on our set and I was sitting next to Kunal. I smiled at him and he said, “Centimetre…right??” I smiled back and said “Yes... Dushyant.” And he responded back saying “Kunal.” I guess this was the start of our friendship. We always discuss our scenes, give and take, try to improvise and the result is what you see on screen. I guess, the Mohan-Guru chemistry comes from the friendship we share off screen. Great buddy, down to earth, humble, whatever is on his mind is on his face, no fake business,no back biting. In short, a no nonsense person. Cool dude to hang out with. On your Birthday Kunal, wish u a very happy birthday. May god bless you with prosperity, joy and happiness in life. Enjoy your days. Loads of love buddy!! ”
Sudhir Sharma (Producer, Sunshine Productions): “I know Kunal for almost an year now. Honestly speaking, besides being a fantastic actor, a well mannered guy and a cool chap, he's really a nice and genuine human being, which reflects in his acting too. And that’s what I love the most about Kunal. I still remember my first meeting and first audition with him. He was not very sure if he would be able to play Mohan Bhatnagar. But, I am so happy that KUNAL is MOHAN today!!! Not only did I get a fantastic actor, but in addition, I also found a younger brother and a friend in him. This is not my birthday speech for him and I really don't know how to do that. I have very few people who I can say are close and precious to me, and Kunal has now been added to that list. Thanks Kunal for being what you are! Cheers!”
Sonal Ganatra (Screenplay Writer): “I met Kunal in November 2011, in Sunshine Productions office, when he got confirmed as the lead and was giving his look test. The trait I like the most in him is his total honesty. He means every word he says. On his birthday, I would like to wish him success beyond horizons of television and hope he is able to do what he really enjoys doing!”
Subrat Sinha (Dialogue Writer): “I have met Kunal twice when I had visited the sets of NBT in December last year. We have spoken over the phone a few times. I guess one thing which makes him instantly likeable is the fact that he is very humble. I remember, when Sudhir had played the NBT presentation capsule which they had shot with Kunal, I knew we had the best MOHAN BHATNAGAR. He was just so right for the role. He is very natural on screen. I thank him for his immense contribution to NBT. Kunal, may the opportunity to travel to Serengeti, Patagonia & Bhutan knock on your door very soon! Wish you a very very happy birthday! God Bless U!”
Rangmunch.TV wishes Kunal Karan Kapoor, the very best of birthdays and wishes him all the success he deserves in his life.
