We have often talked about how alot of effort goes into making a Television show and that the makers have to be on their toes at all times to ensure they deliver the best product.

When you etch out a story that at the outset questions the very fundamentals of what you consider said and done, it is always a challenge to put it forth convincingly. One has to balance out between being sensitive and yet convey the message you want to deliver.

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when u say the word Producer? Money? Power? Control? Well, with all that what happens when you are not endowed with a creative streak ? Especially when it comes to investing in a TV show which would have to be different from another. Having worked with BAG Films and Endemol, Rajesh Chadha has always had a knack for creating and coming up with variety! After the youth show Yeh Ishq Haye, and the hugely popular Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, Rajesh surprised one and all by picking a theme like Phir Subah Hogi. Rangmunch got chatting with the businessman-cum-maker to know what is it that drives him in his profession.
