Rangmunch: When is your birthday?
Kunal: 22nd August. Am a cusp Leo-Virgo, more of a Leo though.
Rangmunch: If you and your lover had a spat, would you vent it out or give them the silent treatment?
Kunal: Again depends on the situation. But what I would love doing is going on a bike ride where both of us are just silent and road solves everything.
Rangmunch: What do you think about falling out of love? Is it possible?
Kunal: Very very very possible.
Rangmunch: Do you have the strength to accept your partner as she is?
Kunal: I wouldn’t make someone my partner if I am unable to accept her entire being as the way she is..i mean that’s what I really look for.
Rangmunch: How important is it to have a good-looking partner?
Kunal: Hmmm…(After a LOT of thought) Not so important but it does help when in terms of, you know, when you have a spat and you just look at the person and like go, ‘awwww….she is so cute…never mind!!’

Rangmunch: What is the difference between being lonely and single?
Kunal: Haaahh!! (Sigh!...A heavy sigh!) They go hand in hand. But often in relationships people get lonely. That’s sad, which needs to be worked on, in one’s own capacity need to reinvent themselves, need to reinvent the relationship. What I personally love doing is if hypothetically I am in a relationship and things are not working out. This is one thing I learnt from my mum. This is before I was seven or eight. My mum was quite impulsive, a travel freak, that’s what I inherited from her. She used to take us to the airport, me and my dad. Without clothes, without baggage, without anything, she would buy us a first flight out ticket, which would be Delhi, Kolkata, or Bangalore and we would go on a two or three day trip without anything and be in different cities. I think I love doing that. I have done that in relationships…..(stops abruptly) okay I think am talking too much now (smiles)
(Continues unable to stop himself) I mean I love doing that…Honestly, I am quite impulsive when it comes to reinventing. Umm… I love springing surprises. The best thing I think is going to the airport and buying a ticket, a bus or a train, which I have also done and taking off in a completely unknown destination, to a different city, just change the whole environment around you.
Rangmunch: After a fight with a partner, would you make up first or would you wait for the other person to make up with you?
Kunal: It depends but often I think I would make up first.
Rangmunch: Would you give up on a relationship just because your horoscope says so?
Kunal: Bullshit!! No way!!
Rangmunch: What upsets you the most in a relationship and what makes you the happiest?
Kunal: What upsets me most is dishonesty and what makes me happy is if the other person accepts me as I am.
